A collective housing building on Liniei St., in District 6 — 34 apartments in a compact volume (S-B+G+3F+PF), on a small urban plot. A direct, efficient project developed by Buy&Sell Construct, with PPAE as General Designer.

Challenges

The plot, resulting from the merging of two lots (993 sqm), had to be put to the best possible use in a mixed-use area: a building with reasonably sized apartments and the associated parking, organised efficiently on a tight site, with parking resolved at semi-basement level.

Result

An apartment building well integrated into the fabric of District 6, making judicious use of a small plot and delivering 34 units, with its own semi-basement parking.
