Auto-parts storage hall for Espack Eurologistica at Malu Mare — a logistics facility located near the Ford Craiova plant, developed for a supplier specialized in logistics services for the automotive industry. With a built area of approximately 5,000 sqm, the project was carried out in a Design & Build contract, with Quantum Construct as general contractor — the same partnership under which PPAE delivered the extensions for the Ford plant in Craiova.

Challenges

A logistics hall for auto parts with standard operational requirements — docking gates with sealed canopies, a mezzanine for staff amenities and offices, a sprinkler installation — coordinated with the beneficiary's flows and framed within a Design & Build contract with tight deadlines. PPAE's role: the architectural design in accordance with the Espack specification and the standards of the Ford plant it serves.

Result

For Espack Eurologistica, a facility dedicated to supporting logistics operations for Ford Craiova. For PPAE, another project carried out in a Design & Build contract with Quantum Construct — a partnership that confirms a consolidated collaboration in the automotive-industry area of the Oltenia region.
